All of our packaging equipment, including our bubble wrap, is either made from recycled materials, designed for multiple uses, or capable of being naturally biodegradable.

 

Processing & Fulfillment

Our Promise to You We want to make sure that your orders are processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Here's what you can expect from us:
  1. Quick Processing: Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM GMT+8 will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after that time will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day.
  2. Timely Delivery: We require 2 to 3 business days for processing and shipping your order. Larger orders may take a little longer to pack and ship. During peak periods, there may be delays, but we assure you that we are working hard to ensure a prompt delivery of your products.

    Keeping You in the Know We want to make sure that you are always informed about the status of your order. That's why we provide you with a confirmation email containing tracking details as soon as your product is dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can monitor the progress of your shipment. 
    Sign in to Access Your Account Information and Monitor Orders To access the account information section on kaldenmotor.com and monitor your orders, signing in is required. Simply select the "Order history" link in the "My Account" section to view your recent purchases. If you happen to come across a tracking number, feel free to use it on the "Track Your Order" website to access tracking information. This feature provides confirmation of successful delivery for your product.

    Please note that in some cases, shipping companies may take 2-5 business days to update the latest tracking information. If it has been longer than five business days since you placed your order and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.

    Customs and Import Fees

    Know Before You Buy When importing packages, duties and taxes may apply. It is the responsibility of the client to cover these fees. While hiring a customs broker may not be mandatory in certain countries, we highly recommend it as they have the expertise to navigate customs duties effectively. Working with an experienced customs broker can help avoid errors, delays, and extra costs. 

    Before making a purchase on kaldenmotor.com, please verify the custom duties and taxes associated with your order. We do not offer refunds if the package is confiscated by customs unless all items are returned to us in good condition. 

     

    Shipping Address and Postal Code Boxes

    Make Sure They Match Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you have entered the wrong address, please inform us within 12 hours of making your purchase. 
    For multiple items going to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
    If the shipping address and postal code do not match, the customer is responsible for any fines or fees incurred. The customer will also be responsible for reshipping the item.

    Billing Address vs Shipping Address The billing address is where the customer receives their invoices or statements, while the shipping address is where they want their package to be delivered. Please ensure the correct address is entered in the "shipping address" section.

    Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs.

     

    Late Delivery

    Things Out of Our Control: While we strive to provide timely delivery, KALDEN MOTOR is not liable for any delays caused by events beyond our control, such as force majeure, government actions, transportation delays, labor disputes, or delivery issues. In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues in our stockroom, we will notify you within three business days from the date of your order.
