My Account

  • Locate the Log In link at the top of the website or in the main MENU dropdown on mobile.
  • To access your account, enter your e-mail address and password. If you don't have an account, select the option to 'Create an account'.
  • After successfully logging in, you will be directed to your MY KALDEN account.
  • In your MY KALDEN account you can update all your personal details like billing information, view all orders, invoices and change your password.

  • You have not created an account. Simply head over to our Log In page.
  • Check that you're using the correct email address and password that you registered with.
  • If you've recently cleared your Cookies, your password may not be automatically filled in anymore. If you can't remember your password, don't worry - just select "Forgotten your password?"
  • Yes, On the Log In page, you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click on it to begin the password reset process. Once you've clicked on the link, you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. This is the same email address you provided when you first created your account. Within minutes, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the email ends up there. Click on the link provided in the email to be redirected to a page where you can create a new password for your account.

    It is unfortunate that KALDEN does not currently accept orders from certain countries. This may be the reason why you are unable to complete your registration.

    However, do not lose hope. There are still alternative options for you to register with KALDEN. You can either choose to register through a different country, if possible, or contact our customer support team for further assistance. Our team is always willing to help and find a solution for our valued customers.

    Order Queries

    Thank you for choosing KALDEN MOTOR. Every order you place with us is assigned a unique Order Number. Once you've completed your purchase, your Order Number will be included in your Order Confirmation email. You can also access it anytime by visiting the Orders page in your MY ACCOUNT. This makes it easy for you to track your order and refer to it if needed.

    Each order has a unique Order Number. This not only helps us keep track of your order, but it also allows you to easily communicate with us about a specific purchase if needed.

    There is a prominent ‘Check you order Status’ link in your order confirmation email. You do not need to have registered for an KALDEN account to check your order status from your order confirmation email.

    No, there is no minimum order amount. But there is a minimum order quantity for wholesale buyers. For retailers and consumers, buyers can place single unit orders.

    Yes, Before you can collect your order, our team will need to confirm that your package is ready. This is to ensure that you do not waste your time coming to our warehouse only to find out that your order is not yet available.

    Once we have confirmed that your package is ready, you can come to our warehouse to collect it. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you and make sure that you have everything you need before you leave.

    If you want to add an additional part to your order, Just simply send us an email at info@kaldenmotor.com with your order number and the part(s) you wish to add along with the desired quantity. Our team will get back to you with a detailed calculation of the additional costs for the parts you want to add. Once you approve the costs, we will send you a payment request. After receiving your payment, we will add the requested parts to your order. Your order will now be complete. You can sit back and relax while we take care of the rest.

    If for any reason you need to make changes or remove items from your order, we are here to help! We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to adjust your order. That's why we offer a 12-hour window for you to make any modifications. Simply let us know within this timeframe and we will happily make the necessary changes. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any further changes. So don't delay, make sure to inform us within 12 hours to guarantee your desired changes.

    The first thing to check is your junk mail or SPAM folder. Sometimes, emails from unknown senders or promotional emails can end up in these folders. So it's worth taking a look and seeing if the confirmation email has landed there. If you just have placed the order it’s best to wait for a few hours and check your inbox again.

    It’s also important to make sure that you provided the correct email address when placing your order. If there was a spelling mistake or typo, the email may have been sent to the wrong address. Double-check the email you entered and contact us if you notice any errors.

    Product Info

    When placing an order for spare parts, it is crucial to always double-check your selections. This will ensure that you receive the correct parts and avoid any delays or inconveniences. If you are unsure about which parts to choose, our Enquiry form is available for your assistance.

    If you need specific-coloured parts, we suggest confirming the color scheme of your vehicle with us before ordering any parts. This will help us provide you with a perfect match that not only fits but also enhances the overall aesthetic of your vehicle.

    When a product or part is labeled as "Discontinued", it simply means that the manufacturer has stopped supplying it. However, this does not necessarily mean that the part is no longer available. There are two possibilities:

  • A similar original part may still be available.
  • We may still have the original part in stock.
  • So, before you give up on finding that discontinued part, why not ask us for help? You can easily do so by filling out our Enquiry form and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.

    If you have been unsuccessful in locating the specific original component you need, or if you are unsure of the part number, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our Enquiry form is available for you to contact us, and we will gladly provide our assistance.

    Yes! We take pride in offering a wide range of original parts for various motorcycle models, including ones that may not be listed in the catalogue. Our goal is to provide our customers with top-notch quality parts to ensure the best performance for their vehicles.

    Our Home Page offers a convenient way to search for parts based on your vehicle's year, make, and model. Simply click on our Logo at the Top left of this page and we'll guide you there. And if you already know the part you need, our vehicle search feature will confirm its compatibility with your bike.

    Delivery & Shipping

    Experience the convenience of having your order delivered right to your doorstep! Depending on your country's customs, your package will be shipped directly to you by a globally renowned shipping company, such as DHL, FEDEX, or UPS. We prioritize the safety of your package and take all necessary measures to ensure its safe and secure delivery.

    We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have your items shipped by the next working day at the latest, if they are in stock. However, if the products you ordered are currently out of stock, please refer to the detailed order status for more information.

    Yes, By Express service we can reduce the lead time on shipping. You simply email us at info@kaldenmotor.com with your order number and we will advise additional costs.

    Get automatic updates on your shipped orders by receiving an email with a tracking link and ID number. If you haven't received an email, you can easily check your order status in "My Account" or email us at info@kaldenmotor.com with your order number.

    Yes, The billing address is where the customer receives their invoices or statements, while the shipping address is where they want their package to be delivered. Please ensure the correct address is entered in the "shipping address" section. For multiple items going to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

    Payment 

    We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal. Rest assured that your personal and financial information is protected with the highest level of security.

  • Firstly, make sure that you have entered the discount code exactly as it appears. Sometimes, even a small typo can cause the code to not work. Also, double check the expiration date of the code. If it has expired, it will no longer be valid.
  • If the item you are trying to purchase is on sale or falls under a certain category, the discount code may not be applicable.
  • Our website offers a variety of currency options for your convenience. Pound, Euro, United States Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singapore Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Japanese Yen If there are any other currencies that you prefer to use, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team. We are always looking to expand our payment options to better serve our customers.

    All payment transactions through Kalden are made secure. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties, and is not kept on our computer systems.

    Return & Refund

    All details are on our Return Policy page.

    The costs for returning orders will need to be covered by the customer. In the rare case that we have made an error with your order, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

    After we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is accepted, we will process your refund within 7 days and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

    Refunds will be issued using the same online payment method that was used for the initial purchase. If the payment method used for the order was a bank transfer, kindly contact our customer service for further assistance.

    All customers can return goods to the following address: Room 303A, Building H, No.3 Qianhai Road, Songzhou street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

    Cancellation

    Yes, Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, with no fees or penalties. However, if you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, there may be a restocking fee and/or shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund.

    It is possible that your order has been cancelled by Kalden Motor because the product is no longer available. You will receive an email notification regarding the cancellation and a full refund will be promptly processed on the same day. The amount will be reimbursed through your original payment method.

    Warranty

    The duration of the warranty varies depending on the product. Typically, our motorcycle parts and accessories come with a 1-year warranty. However, some products may have a longer or shorter warranty period, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

    If your warranty expires and you encounter an issue with your motorcycle parts or accessories, you may still be able to get assistance from us with extended warranties for an additional fee on a specific product only.

    The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all motorcycle parts and accessories purchased from our company. This means that if there is any issue with the product due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

    The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents or misuse, improper installation, or any modifications made to the product. It also does not cover damage caused by natural disasters or other external factors beyond our control.

    No, you do not need to register your product. The warranty is automatically activated upon purchase and is valid for the stated duration.

    If you believe your product is covered under the warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other evidence to support your claim. Our team will then assess the situation and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

    No, the warranty is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.

    Wholesale Requests

    Yes, being a motorcycle parts and accessories factory we offer customization options for wholesale orders. This includes adding a logo or specific design to the products, as well as creating custom sizes or color. Discuss your customization needs when placing your request.

    Usually the timeframe to receive wholesale order is between 20-65 days. However, wholesale orders can vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, as well as the customer location and shipping method chosen.
