Policy Details

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be in unused condition and in the same state as when it was originally received. It should also be returned in its original packaging and sent to the address provided by our customer representative.

 

Refund Process

After we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is accepted, we will process your refund within 7 days and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account and credit card statements to ensure the payment has not been processed yet. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card provider and bank for further assistance.

 

Return Label and Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for providing the return label for the package. There is no fee for restocking, but the product must be in its original condition as received by the buyer.
